Ehsan AI Studio: privacy policy
Last updated: 4 October 2026
"Ehsan AI Studio" (formerly "Ehsan AI monitor") is a private tool used only by the owner of the Instagram account @ehsanai.fa and the YouTube channel @ehsanai-fa ("Ehsan AI"). It runs on one private computer. It is not offered to anyone else, and no other accounts can connect to it.
What it reads
Through the official Instagram API, the YouTube Data API and the YouTube Analytics API, and only for the Ehsan AI accounts: statistics of our own posts and videos (views, reach, watch time, likes, saves, shares), account statistics, and the public comments that people leave on our own posts and videos, including the commenter's public username.
What it does with it
It stores this data on that one computer, to see how our videos perform and to learn from viewers' comments how to make better videos. On Instagram it publishes our own finished posts, only when the account owner presses the button. Replies to comments are written and sent by the account owner personally, in the Instagram and YouTube apps.
Google user data
The Studio accesses Google user data only for the Ehsan AI YouTube channel, with the owner's permission (Google sign-in). It uses this data only to show the owner the channel's statistics and comments as described above. It does not transfer it to anyone, does not use it for advertising, and does not let humans other than the owner read it. Its use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The owner can revoke the access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
What it never does
It does not sell, share, publish or transfer any data to third parties; it does not read private messages; it does not access any account other than Ehsan AI's; and it does not use the data for advertising or profiling.
Deleting your data
If you commented on an Ehsan AI post or video and want your comment removed from this tool, delete the comment on Instagram or YouTube (it disappears from the tool at the next update), or write to ehsan.tatasadi@gmail.com with your username and it will be deleted within 30 days. All data is also deleted when the tool is uninstalled.
